I am filled with excitement to share that my new book, The Cottagecore Baking Book, is officially out today online and in stores! Dear Reader, this has been such a wonderful journey to share with you from start to finish. I cannot wait for you to have your hands on this book. It’s so beautiful, and I am so proud as well as thankful. Thank YOU for your support!

The Cottagecore Baking Book: My New Book is Out Today!

I had such a fun time writing this book and creating the recipes inside. While I loved writing by first book, The Prairie Kitchen Cookbook, this book felt like I could be creatively free and try new things. I decided to have a lot of fun with this book and create recipes that were playful, beautiful, and had a lot of visual potential as well as being absolutely delicious. There is a little bit of everything inside, and it’s the perfect book for both beginners and well-seasoned bakers alike!

what is inside the cottagecore baking book?

This book has a little bit of everything, from easy to more difficult bakes. But the one thing that is true of all of the recipes inside is that each is made to have a beautiful, whimsical presentation! I wanted this book to feel like a fairy’s tea party, or a little French patisserie, or even a tavern in a little country village surrounded by wildflowers.

There are 60 sweet and savory bakes inside, making it a lovely book if you enjoy making savory breads and scones and pies!

“Delight in luscious pies that are bursting with fresh, seasonal fruits; delicate teacakes and scones that enchant the eyes and the taste buds; and warm, crusty breads to fill your kitchen with pleasing aromas. Wherever you might be in your cottagecore journey, you’ll soon find yourself embracing the slow-paced rhythms of cottage life as you whip up incredible sweet and savory treats.”

From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your support of my work. Without you, my Dear Reader, I would have never thought it was possible for me to write a cookbook! I have loved sharing my recipes here on my blog for the last decade, and I hope to continue doing so for as long as I can. It has been an honor to grow and evolve over the years with you. I feel like this book is me finally coming home to myself, and I truly hope that you love and enjoy it. Here is to more baking in 2024!
