Hello, Dear Reader! Welcome back to another weekly round up of wonderful cozy recipes featured in a video on our YouTube channel. In this week’s episode, I am sharing the recipes for Orange Cardamom Biscotti or “Thimblets” and Ginger Lassy Buns, both from the books by Travis Baldree. I also made an adorable Woven Willow Bird Feeder from foraged willow on the farm. I absolutely love the rustic, historical beauty of it!

Watch as I welcome you into my cozy fantasy world of cooking! These soothing sounds will transport you to my cottage kitchen and hobby farm. Cozy sounds such as bird song, cats purring, chickens clucking, chopping sounds, water pouring, coffee dripping, seeds falling, baking sounds, and whispers are all featured in this video.

recipes in this week’s video:

I have been craving all of the fresh garden ingredients. I made a lovely refreshing Radish and Cucumber Salad with whole grain mustard and honey vinaigrette. I thought that it would pair lovely with my Asparagus and Blue Cheese Quiche recipe. It was a beautiful lunch!
