Order processing time is usually 3-10 business days. Turn around time is 2 weeks, with the exception of clothing and custom made orders. Orders are typically processed twice a week.
At this time, we do not offer international orders, though we have in the past and may again in the future. International orders are sent via regular Airmail and, depending on the country you live in, can take in excess of 20 business days to arrive.
Please remember that if you are ordering internationally you are the importer and are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, or charges that your country's import laws impose. Please contact your customs office and check that you are aware of these prior to placing an order as we cannot advise on these matters.
If for some reason you purchase a digital product from us and lose the email that contains the download, which expire after 24 hours, please email us with your name and order number so that we may resend you your digital goods. If you cannot provide proof of purchase with a name and order number, we cannot resend the goods and you must purchase them again.
If you purchase a physical product from us that is shipped in the mail and lost, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. While we cannot control the USPS delivery system, and the package is out of our hands, we will find a way to either resend your item(s) or reimburse you. If you cannot provide a name and order number for the item, then we cannot resend the goods and you must purchase them again.
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
We cannot make changes to orders (i.e. adding or removing items, applying discounts, etc) after they have placed.
If you are unhappy with your order, with the exception of custom orders, you may return it. Before returning the item, please contact us first. Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was when shipped to you. All return items must be returned within 10 days of arrival of order.
The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Upon the arrival of your returned item, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned item(s).
We do NOT accept returns on digital products, custom orders, herbs, or other perishable items (i.e. seeds, honey, teas, etc).
We do NOT take returns on custom orders. All personalized items and custom orders must be paid in advance before we can start work on your order. If you do not like the font, color, size, etc on a customized item for whatever reason (unless we have misspelled a name or phrase) and you need your item to be done again, you will need to repurchase the item and pay for it. Please make sure all qualities of your custom order are correct before placing your order!
If a product you ordered arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We ask that you also attach a photo of the damaged product. All damaged items will be replaced by us in a timely manner.
