Rose hips, also known as the fruit of the rose, develop on wild roses after the petals drops. Other names for it include the "rose haw" or "brier rose." These fruits contain the most concentrated natural form of Vitamin C available. Use these hips to create tea, tinctures, liquors, and infused oils.
