Here we are in the middle of autumn, and the only thing I can imagine using the dozens upon dozens of eggs we receiving from our hens is each week for is quiche. We’re quiche people. There’s something about the fluffy eggs combine with cream and herbs that fills me up with joy and warmth. Not to mention when they’re paired with a buttery crust that melts in your mouth. I can smell it now! This recipes combines sweet apples with goat cheese, a unique and rather inspiring flavor combination. Sprinkled with fresh thyme, it’s sure to win over your taste buds.

This quiche is definitely not for the faint of heart. You may want to start off with something a little less flavorful if you are making quiche for the first time, like this recipe. I could tell I made something interesting for supper with this one by the looks on my parent’s faces! However, we all agreed that we would definitely give it another go around the next time I had apples on hand. Happy cooking!
